Steel Cut Oatmeal

You may cook it overnight on low in a slow cooker or on the stove top for 30 minutes, the key is to make a large serving, make enough for a week at one time, then reheat small amounts in the microwave every morning.

2 Cup Steel Cut Oatmeal
6 Cups Water

Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer 30 minutes.
Toppings are endless:
Cranberries, apples and cinnamon, walnuts, raisins, and low fat milk.
