Shrimp and Pasta



This Has Been Sea Food Week

Pasta with Shrimp, Tomatoes and Basil

1 lb fresh large shrimp
4-5 Roma Tomatoes, seeded and chopped
4 gloves fresh garlic, chopped coarsely
2 T olive oil
1 cup fresh basil, chopped
1 T tomato paste
1/4 c Parmesans cheese

1/2 lb Bow Tie Pasta

Cook pasta 14 minutes
Saute Shrimp, 2 gloves garlic in olive oil, 3-4 minutes
Saute tomatoes, basil, tomato paste, 2 glove garlic.

Pour shrimp mixture over pasta, top with Parmesan cheese.
