Linguine and Clams
Linguine with Clam Sauce
Saute 1/2 onion minced and 2 cloves garlic in 2 T olive oil,
Pour in 1/2 c white wine.
Add 1 cup chicken broth, saute 3 minutes.
Add 32 oz. clams drained, (save the juice)
simmer 2 minutes.
Add 1/2 c clam juice
thicken with 1 T cornstarch and 2 T clam juice.
Prepare 1 lb linguine
Pour clam sauce over linguine and top with
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley
pour clams over
