Fresh Salmon with Mango Chutney

Mango Chutney

1 cup minced mango
1/2 c minced red onion
1/2 c basil
1/4 c capers
1/2 c diced tomatoes
1/4 c sliced green onion

Fresh Salmon
Brush salmon with olive oil
BBQ, do not over cook, it is done when it begins to flake.
About 3 minutes on each side on a hot BBQ



Brown Rice with green onions and Shrimp
Low Sodium Soy Sauce
